November 16, 2013. Camp Carolwood, Lenoir, NC. This is a great opportunity to make new friends, as well as to renew old friendships in a relaxed atmosphere. There is time to choose planned activities, informally discuss homeschooling perspectives with other families, enjoy games, explore the hiking trails. Gatherings are noncommercial in nature (no outside vendors).
NCHE Annual Conference and Book Fair
May 22-24, 2014. Benton Convention Center, Winston-Salem, NC. Christian focus. The final day of the conference coincides with NCHE’s graduation ceremony.
Love to Learn Conference
August 2, 2014. Old Rock School, Valdese, NC. The only inclusive homeschool conference in North Carolina.

A group for parents who are educating their gifted children at home in NC. This group will give parents an opportunity to network, share experiences, and bounce ideas around. This group is open to all types of homeschoolers, regardless of religion, race, etc.
