If you want to play NCAA sports at a Division I or II school, you need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center if you were home schooled for any part of high school. If you are planning to attend a Division III school, you do not need to register with the NCAA Eligibility Center.

Northern California High School Mountain Bike Racing League
When Coach Mark was helping draft the Bylaws, as a homeschooling father, he made sure that homeschoolers were not excluded like they are in every other CIF governed high-school sport. The rules have evolved over time, but basically allow homeschoolers to form County-based composite teams.
West Coast Impact Athletic League
We have an athletic league based out of Sacramento, CA, with competitive seasons for boys and girls, ages 12-18 in volleyball, cross country, basketball, ultimate frisbee and we do a one time yearly outdoor overnight endurance race. Our focus is on teens as we see the need for teens who have “aged out” of rec sports to continue to have a place for competitive sports, but all within a positive and encouraging atmosphere.
The focus of PE+PLUS is for students to learn to enjoy and participate in sports and physical activities with a proper, godly perspective, as well as to live life in a full and Christ-like way. Our program offers Homeschool PE classes during the regular school year throughout the Denver metro area as well as summer camps.
Children are taught not only how to play the game but also sportsmanship and teamwork. This group focuses on positive reinforcement, creative teaching techniques and give guidance at your child’s specific developmental level while emphasizing fun. Velocity Recreation is a low cost and even offer scholarships.
Pinellas Christian HomeSchool Girls Lacrosse
Offers FHSAA sanctioned sports to any homeschooled middle school or high school student who wishes to participate. We are located in Pinellas County, Florida. Note: I can only find recent page about the girls lacrosse team.

Participation will be open to all North Metro Atlanta area home school students who are abiding by Georgia home school laws, and who meet the age and eligibility requirements of each sport.
Fideles Christian School Athletics
A university model school that fields competitive sports teams open to home schooled and alternatively educated students in Forsyth and surrounding counties. Fideles is located in Cumming, GA and fields the following teams: girls volleyball, boys and girls cross country, boys and girls basketball, and baseball. Participation is open to 6-12th grade students

Georgia’s first homeschool high school football team is the NCA Lions (Northside Christian Athletics). NCA is located in the Woodstock area. Other football teams are forming.
Greater Gwinnett Christian Baron’s Homeschool Basketball Athletics
This organization was formed in 1992 to provide high school level baseball. Greater Gwinnett Christian (GGC) is a tax-exempt non-profit organization providing competitive sports programs in a Christian atmosphere for home educated students, and online schoolers ages 10-18.
