Home Education Advisory Panels Guidelines
These guidelines apply to the review of a decision made by the Director General, by a Home Education Advisory Panel established under section 54 of the School Education Act, 1999.

FORMS

District Education Office
To register as a home educator, the Department of Education and Training requires you to complete and lodge a form, which is available from your local District Education Office. Your application for registration is to be made by the last Friday in February in the first year of registration, or within fourteen (14) days of the last day on which the child was recorded as attending a school.

Western Australian Natural Learning Network
We are a free community providing support and information for the unschooling/natural learning subset of Western Australian homeschoolers (and anyone else interested). Here parents and kids can chat and organise events and meetups to connect and learn.

We are a cooperative style group that comes together to organise, share and participate in low cost, fun and enriching activities to support our homeschooling journey.

Homeschooling Perth
This is a group for home educating families living in Perth Western Australia. The purpose of this group is to help, uplift and support one another and make this homeschooling journey an amazing one.


Learn Educate And Play
Weekly classes for home educated students held at Leisurelife in East Victoria Park. Parents are welcome to stay and chat or drop off and return at the end of class.

Perth Home Education Nature Play Group
This group is to support WA families following educational paths that do not involve school. Those considering home education are welcome whilst exploring their options. We organise nature-based meet ups in varying locations around the outskirts of the Perth metro area.

Perth Homeschoolers Network
This is a support group for all those who homeschool or are currently making the transition to homeschooling in Perth, Australia and surrounding areas within WA.

Rockingham Peel Homeschool Group
Our aim as a homeschool group is to provide affordable activities and classes to home educated children and youth in the Rockingham Peel Region. Warnboro Community Church, and Baldivis Recreation Centre. Weekly meetings.
